I'm writing a feature for the BBC website looking at practical anti-drone defence in the wake of the Saudi Arabia oil facility attacks. I'm looking for critical thinking around anti-drone defence for large oil installations, assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the various technologies on offer.
I want to hear how the recent attacks have changed perceptions of the threat. And I'm very keen on getting opinions from the oil industry.
I am talking to the manufacturers of counter-drone technology. But I want this piece to be firmly rooted in the implications of the recent attacks in Saudi Arabia. If such relatively cheap technology can have a profound economic and political impact are we seeing a decisive shift in the way wars are fought?
