Can tech really rescue these customer retention programmes and persuade us not to shun loyalty schemes? Or is calling for AI help a sign of despair?
I want to talk to consumers who have opinions for and against the value of loyalty schemes, and retailers who have used AI to try and reverse the decline in public interest in loyalty programmes.
